1. Acceptance of Terms

bett888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bett888 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one bett888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• Prohibited Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC) is strictly prohibited as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Transaction Records: bett888 maintains records of all financial transactions. You may request a statement of your transaction history through the account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bett888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bett888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all bett888 games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for non-live games, and by physical dealing or spinning for live dealer games. bett888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, bett888's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. bett888's decision in such matters is final.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bett888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

bett888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

bett888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, bett888 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to bett888, subject to completion of any required verification and investigation.

You may close your bett888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13. Amendments

bett888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
